88fr does not process, handle or hold any financial deposits or withdrawals. The Platform does not operate as a payment processor, gambling operator or financial institution. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Platform's Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 88fr, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform;
• Any financial loss suffered in connection with online gambling or betting activities undertaken following exposure to Content on the Platform;
